Dental implants are artificial tooth replacements which provide a wide range of tooth replacement solutions, including:

  • Single tooth replacement
  • Anterior replacement
  • Posterior replacement
  • Full upper arch replacement

The Endosteal Implant is a titanium screw that essentially replaces the root of a tooth. With good care and maintenance this device is a strong and long lasting replacement. The implant is placed by a surgeon into the jawbone using local anesthesia. After 4-6 months of healing the bone integrates with the implant. Once healed, an impression is taken and a custom crown is fabricated. The crown is permanently screwed or cemented to the implant down in the bone. Depending on the number of teeth missing, one or more implants can be used to restore the bite of a patient.
